After five years supporting one automotive client’s original facility, we were selected to align its stormwater programs across eight Michigan locations following an acquisition.

An inspection identified gaps in the SWPPP, site practices, and records while internal responsibility was changing. We updated the plan and maps, organized records, advised on site corrections, and prepared the response. The facility performed the physical work; EGLE accepted the response.

A smaller company had a CSWO but needed help applying the training. Its permit had expired two months earlier. We completed the new-permit process, updated documents, and established ongoing inspections, reporting, and deadline support. The permit is active as the company prepares for ISO certification.

The marina had already been fined $40,000 plus enforcement costs before we were brought in. We organized documents, advised on corrective actions, and handled agency communication over an extended period. The program is more organized and closer to formal closure; the enforcement matter is still progressing.
